The second highest external research funding award for the year 2022-23 has been awarded to the Department of Chemical Engineering from RISE, BUET. The award is received by the Head of the department, Prof. Dr. Md. Shahinoor Islam

Professor Dr. Syeda Sultana Razia of Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET) was awarded the prestigious 2023 The Hague Award at the OPCW Annual Conference of the State Parties.

A special day long program will held on 22nd December 2023 for celebrating Dimond Jubilee of BUET Chemical Engineering Professionals in Bangladesh.
