DChE secured the second highest external research funding award
Department of Chemical Engineering have been awarded for securing second highest external research funding in the fiscal year 2022-23 from RISE, BUET. Moreover, the external research funding received by DChE is the highest among all the departments of BUET. The award is received by the Head of the Department, Prof. Dr. Md. Shahinoor Islam. This achievement reflects the department’s commitment to quality research and outstanding performance in the area of Chemical Engineering. Such funding provides valuable resources to support innovative work and address today’s challenges in Engineering, Science and Technology. Dr. Nafisa Islam( Associate Professor, DChE) has also won the RISE internal research grant. Congratulations to her!
